GPES Notifications in Daybook

The General Practice Extraction Service (GPES) in England sends permission requests in the form of Daybook messages which you need to approve before extracts can be run, see the GPES User Guide for full details.

GPES Stage 1 and Stage 2 Notifications are added as Daybook tasks for all Vision 3 users who are members of the "Gpes" group in Control Panel. If your Gpes staff group has not been populated, GPES Notifications appear in every staff members Daybook. All Notifications can be accessed from either:

• The Vision 3 Front screen

• Your To-Do List tab in the Daybook Module
